About me

I am the initiator and co-creator of the Bespoke Estates concept. I serve as President of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer, while also being involved in key projects such as the Museum in Obory. In addition, I advise other real estate companies within the Warsaw Entities group of companies owned by Mr. Jerzy Starak.
I have experience in building and managing teams, construction, and architectural design. On a daily basis, I focus on fostering organizational culture, delivering real estate projects, and achieving the objectives set for the team. I value collaboration, responsibility, and creativity, and I strive to bring transparency, a sense of security, a mission, and a shared purpose to the team.
By education, I am an architect, having studied at the Faculty of Architecture of the Warsaw University of Technology, Strathclyde University in Glasgow, and Nagoya University in Japan, as well as a manager. I completed Project Management studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and an Executive MBA at the University of Warsaw. I am also a graduate of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme in Chicago, USA.

Experience

I worked, among others, at Retail Development Services from 2000 to 2002 in real estate, and co-managed APA Wojciechowski from 2002 to 2021, an architectural practice where I was responsible for leading key projects, including the adaptation of Elektrownia Powiśle, the re-fitting of Hotel Europejski Raffles, Galeria Malta in Poznań, and many others. I was also responsible for team building and company management. At that time, APA Wojciechowski was the largest architectural practice in Poland.

Outside of work, I am passionate about design, classic cars, travel, and diving. In motor rallies, I have won the Polish HRPP Cup and earned the titles of Vice-Champion and Polish Champion in HRSMP classes.

About me

For over 20 years, I have advised companies within Jerzy Starak’s capital group — entities of key importance on the Polish market — serving on their management boards and supervisory boards, as well as in charitable organisations. I gained my professional experience at renowned law firms.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. I completed my legal adviser training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

I have extensive experience in organising and servicing meetings of corporate bodies, preparing corporate documentation, and managing decision-making processes within complex capital groups.
In the area of real estate projects, I provide legal support at every stage of an investment — from due diligence analysis of legal title, through negotiating and documenting real estate acquisition transactions, to advising on the structuring of development and commercial projects.

At Bespoke Estates, I support the areas of financial and strategic oversight. I have experience in corporate finance management, controlling, auditing, and transaction structuring. On a daily basis, I ensure that business decisions are grounded in solid financial foundations and create long-term value for the organization.
I value analytical reliability and a partnership-based approach to collaboration. Within the team, I bring the perspective of a finance professional with broad management experience — from financial functions to responsibility for overall business operations. At Bespoke Estates, I am responsible for financial oversight and strategic support in the luxury real estate sector.
By education, I am a finance professional. I graduated with a degree in Finance and Accounting and hold the ACCA qualification.

Finance professional with over twenty years of experience in multi-sector holding structures. I am also the President of the Management Board of JJP Ventures — a strategic holding company affiliated with one of the largest private capital groups in Poland — managing a diversified portfolio of companies across the FMCG, biotechnology, construction, real estate, and longevity sectors.

After hours I play table tennis, ride a bike, and support FC Barcelona.

About me

At Bespoke Estates, I am responsible for owner side oversight and the quality of the entire investment process. I act as the process owner on behalf of BE – ensuring predictability and control over the project portfolio across key dimensions: quality, budget, schedule, risk, and the overall protection of the investor’s interests.
Daily, I supervise project progress, enforce agreed actions, and support teams in making decisions at critical stages. I combine business, technical, and project perspectives, bringing structure to complex processes and ensuring effective collaboration between PM/DM teams and support departments (technical, procurement, finance). I value partnership, clear communication, and accountable decision making; within the team, I contribute operational calm and a logical approach to problem solving.
I hold degrees in Architecture and Spatial Planning, with academic background in architecture, interior architecture, and urban planning. I graduated from the University of Lincoln (UK) and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. I also hold unlimited design licenses.

Experience

I have 15 years of professional experience as an architect and Project Manager, gained across both domestic and international projects – from large scale building investments to high detail interior projects (including high rise, large surface, and heritage buildings).
For 10 years, I worked at APA Wojciechowski, including around 6 years as a Project Manager, combining design leadership with on site execution experience. Key projects in my career include the Hotel Europejski and the Skyliner tower in Warsaw. I also worked at the renowned London architectural practice led by Farshid Moussavi.
I have been part of Bespoke Estates since 2022: for two years as Project Manager, and since 2025 as Projects Director. I supervise and coordinate the work of PM and DM teams, cocreate project delivery standards, and oversee budgets, schedules, risks, change management, and transparent reporting.

After hours I am passionate about architecture, design, and travel. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, particularly through snowboarding, kitesurfing, and hiking in the mountains.

At Bespoke Estates, I am responsible for relations with public administration and business development. I have many years of experience managing complex projects for UHNW clients in the Polish and Swiss markets.
I graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, where I studied Spatial Economy, specialising in Real Estate Management, and completed the Executive MBA programme at the University of Quebec at Montreal in 2017.

In addition to serving as a commercial proxy at Bespoke Estates, I am a member and vice-president of the management boards of companies affiliated with Jerzy Starak.

About me

At Bespoke Estates, I lead Project & Construction Management for premium and ultra-premium developments. I have 19 years of experience in real estate (since 2007). Managing large-scale, complex international projects with combined budgets exceeding hundreds of millions of euros has taught me how to maintain strict control over strategy, costs, schedules, and risks.
I specialize in investment management (planning and budgeting), contract negotiations, change management and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams for both shell & core and luxury fit-out projects.

Experience

Since July 2024, I have been a Project Manager at Bespoke Estates. My structured, professional approach was shaped during 13 years at Gleeds Polska (2008–2021), where I rose from Junior PM to Executive Manager, leading teams of up to 34 people. My portfolio features iconic high-rises and highly complex projects like Złota 44, Cosmopolitan, 3T Office Park, Skyreach, mixed use, PRS, multi-housing complexes and even an international data center located in Estonia.
I value clarity, accountability, and true partnership in every collaboration. My background with landmark developments allows me to bring clear process structuring, full responsibility for results, and high-quality reporting to both clients and teams.

I have comprehensive experience in financial management, and on a daily basis I ensure the accuracy of financial settlements, oversee budget execution and financial KPIs, and safeguard the company’s liquidity. I graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology (Faculty of Physics and Applied Mathematics) and have completed the ACCA exams.

At Bespoke Estates, I support the area of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems (Building Services). I have 23 years of experience in design and multidisciplinary coordination, project management, construction supervision, facility maintenance, and energy optimization. Daily, I ensure the quality of design documentation and construction works, as well as efficient collaboration with Project Managers, architects, and contractors. Within the team, I contribute technical expertise and strong problem solving skills.

I hold a Master of Science in Sanitary Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology and have also completed postgraduate studies in gas engineering.

For nearly 30 years, I have been managing complex construction projects — from the design phase, through execution, to commissioning and operation — with a strong focus on budget control, scheduling, and risk management. At Bespoke Estates, I am responsible for delivering the Obory Arts project in line with the defined scope, timeline, and budget. I value professionalism, business ethics, and determination in achieving goals.
I am a certified Civil Engineer, licensed to manage construction works without limitations (structural and building specialty), and a member of PIIB and MOIIB.

At Bespoke Estates, I manage the project for the historic part of Obory. I have experience in preparing and managing construction projects, as well as supervising works. I have worked on commercial buildings, including heritage-listed properties, as well as high-end residential projects. Within the team, I focus on meeting deadlines, maintaining quality, ensuring good work organization, and setting clear priorities.
I am a civil engineer by education, a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering.

I have experience in managing tender and contracting processes, coordinating design and fit out delivery, as well as monitoring schedules and budgets. Daily, I ensure that projects are completed on time, in line with scope, technical requirements, and contractual obligations.
I hold an MSc in Civil Engineering from AGH University of Krakow and a BSc in Civil Engineering from The University of Abertay Dundee in Scotland. I also took part in the Vulcanus in Japan internship programme organised by the European Commission and the Government of Japan.

I have 18 years of experience in managing construction projects as a general contractor, including over 10 years as a project manager. I have managed contracts exceeding PLN 250 million net, covering public utility, office, hotel, and logistics facilities. I oversee projects comprehensively – from the bidding stage, through budget and schedule preparation, contracting, and execution, up to the handover of the investment for use. I am responsible for managing the investment process throughout the entire project lifecycle.

My responsibilities include managing the flow of project documentation, coordinating construction works, cooperating with the general contractor and other stakeholders involved in the investment process, as well as conducting tenders, analysing schedules and claims, and verifying the compliance of works with technical documentation.
In parallel, I cooperate with the Institute of Applied Research of the Warsaw University of Technology, where I prepare expert reports and technical opinions and coordinate the work of the team. I hold unrestricted construction execution licences in the structural and civil engineering specialisation.

I am a Cost Manager with 20 years of experience in cost control for construction investments, including office buildings, shopping malls, and industrial facilities. I manage package and general contractor tender processes, change order procedures, verification of progress reports and payment certificates, as well as final settlements.
I hold a degree from the Warsaw University of Technology (Environmental Engineering, specialization: District Heating, Heating, and Ventilation) and a postgraduate diploma in Property Valuation.

I have experience in IT systems administration, user support, and server infrastructure maintenance. I value responsibility and effective collaboration, and I bring composure and an analytical approach to the team.
I graduated from the Faculty of Transport at Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in Transport Teleinformatics.

On a daily basis, I implement and maintain standards and the quality of processed data, as well as optimize processes. I am an Architect by education — a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology, with a master's degree specializing in Information Architecture.

I have over 30 years of experience in coordinating procurement processes: conducting tender procedures, contracting, and settling agreements with contractors. At Bespoke Estates, I support procurement processes as well as cooperation with suppliers and business partners. I have over 14 years of experience in PR, marketing, administration, and budget management, which I apply to the effective coordination of procurement and operational processes.
On a daily basis, I ensure the smooth execution of procurement processes, cost control, and the quality of cooperation with external partners. I combine operational experience with analytical and organizational skills, enabling me to effectively support the achievement of business objectives.
I value accountability, precision, and strong communication, and I bring to the team experience in managing procurement processes and stakeholder relationships.
I hold a master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw.

I gained professional experience, among others, at Huawei Polska where, as a PR Specialist, I was responsible for planning and controlling the PR budget, cooperating with agencies, and implementing communication activities, events, and CSR projects, with a particular focus on the effective use of resources.
At INTERNITY S.A., I managed the marketing budget, coordinated PR, marketing, and administrative activities, and was also responsible for event organization, cooperation with suppliers, and support for financial processes.

After hours
I am passionate about spending active time with children, as well as sports — especially tennis, padel, and spinning. I am interested in music and enjoy attending concerts. In my free time I like cooking, especially drawing inspiration from Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

About me

I manage investment projects from the initial phase through handover, including financial settlement and delivery to the end user. I have experience in procurement processes. I ensure that project delivery results from effective collaboration among specialists across different disciplines. I value professionalism — both among colleagues and contractors. I focus on understanding investor needs, meeting deadlines and ensuring the quality of completed works.

I hold a degree in Political Science (UMCS) and a postgraduate diploma in Project Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

As a Project Manager, I have 9 years of experience, mainly in fit out projects. I have managed teams of 3 to 5 people, depending on project scale. I have delivered projects in Poland, Spain, France, Italy, and Switzerland — including full scope responsibilities such as arranging local insurance, cooperation with homeowner associations, and coordination with local architects. In parallel, I also acted as a Design Manager, verifying the correctness and consistency of design documentation.

About me

At Bespoke Estates, I support the areas of investor supervision and coordination of sanitary engineering works. I have experience in the design, execution, and supervision of sanitary installations. In my day-to-day work, I ensure a high standard of technical solutions, compliance of works with project documentation, and the smooth delivery of the investment process. I value professionalism, responsibility, and a practical approach to problem-solving. Within the team, I contribute experience gained at every stage of the investment process, attention to detail, and a focus on the effective achievement of the investor’s objectives.
By education, I hold a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and am a graduate of Cracow University of Technology. I hold unrestricted building qualifications for the design and management of construction works in the installation specialisation.

About me

At Bespoke Estates, I support the project delivery area. I have experience both in managing construction sites and supervising construction works. Every day, I ensure that projects are executed efficiently, with cost control, and in accordance with available technologies and up to date technical standards.
I graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, specialising in Building and Engineering Structures as well as Road Construction and Maintenance. I hold unrestricted professional licences to manage construction works in both structural engineering and road engineering.

Experience

I gained my first professional experience in precast concrete manufacturing plants owned by Leier Polska S.A., where I worked in the design department and the in house quality control laboratory. Later in my career, I managed construction works at Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Drogowo Budowlanych Strzelbud Sp. z o.o.
Over the past 10 years, I have served as a Project Coordinator and supervised construction works for companies such as Spectra Development, Castor Park, and Alnus Development.

After hours I try to spend my free time actively. I enjoy sailing, mountain trekking, and snowboarding.

About me

At Bespoke Estates, I provide technical support for electrical installations as well as low voltage/security systems. I manage tasks from concept development, through tendering and contracting, execution coordination, all the way to commissioning and handover. I ensure timely delivery, safety, project-to-execution consistency, and smooth agreements with the general contractor and subcontractors.
I hold a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and an Engineering degree in Electronics, along with unlimited building/construction licenses.

I have 25 years of experience on both Polish and international markets in roles such as expert/investor representative, coordinator, and site manager.

After hours I enjoy traveling, sailing, cycling, and completing the Crown of Polish Mountains.

About me

At Bespoke Estates, I am responsible for the comprehensive integration of building automation, AV systems, and ICT infrastructure. I have 23 years of experience in technology, including 16 years as an IT Manager. My degree from the Faculty of Electrical and Control Engineering at Gdańsk University of Technology provided me with a strong engineering foundation. Years of managing complex systems have taught me to view building automation as a cohesive, secure ecosystem.

Areas of expertise:

• Automation and Integration (BMS/HMS): Integrating lighting control, HVAC, motorised window treatments, and swimming pool technology into a single, intuitive system.
• AV & ICT: Home cinemas, multiroom systems, and digital ICT networks designed to form an integral part of the building automation environment rather than operate as isolated technology systems.
• Security Systems: System selection, multidisciplinary coordination, and supervision of the installation of CCTV, intrusion detection and alarm systems, and access control systems.

For the past seven years at Bespoke Estates, I have been involved in projects at every stage—from the initial concept, technical documentation, and tendering process through construction supervision and ongoing technical support for completed properties.

After hours
I am passionate about long-distance cycling expeditions and mountain running. I also play tennis, squash, and padel.

About me

I have experience in budget monitoring, preparing forecasts, and creating financial reports and summaries (including management level reporting). On a daily basis, I ensure that financial data is consistent, up to date, and effectively supports project decision making. I value clarity and good organization, and within the team I bring structure, solution oriented thinking and an analytical approach.

I hold a degree in Economics from the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Economic Sciences).

I have over 10 years of experience in comprehensive administrative and organisational support. I specialise in coordinating financial and administrative processes, managing document flow, and optimising administrative procedures. I combine the competencies of an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, ensuring efficient office organisation and effective internal communication within the company.
